From M40 - Junction 15, follow signs Stratford-upon-Avon for 2 miles.
At the end of the dual carriageway, turn left at small roundabout, and follow sign A439 local traffic.
On arriving in Stratford follow the signs for Shipston on Stour (A3400).
At the roundabout on the A3400, turn right onto Shipston Road, and we are on the right near the top of the road.
On arriving in Stratford-upon-Avon from the M40, continue until you come to the big one way system, keep in the left hand lane, go past the Leisure Centre and Holiday Inn Hotel, keep left, go over the old Clopton Bridge on the River Avon, 200 yards turn right at the small island (with Shell Petrol station), onto the Shipston Road, we are five hundred yards on the right.
Our B&B is located close to the RSC Theatres.
Only a seven minute walk from the Bancroft gardens in front of the RSC Theatre.
A short cut from our Guest House, leads to the Old Tramway walk.
This is a pleasant tree lined path that borders the recreation ground adjacent to the River Avon, passing next to the Cricket ground and Butterfly Farm and over the Old Tramway Bridge.
Enjoy a stroll into the town centre away from traffic.
