Meadow View is a highly commended guest accommodation that is family run, friendly and non-smoking. We endeavour to maintain a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere - a holiday without worries. We welcome families and couples and aim to make your holiday as perfect as possible, as our guests who return time after time have found. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate single sex groups or pets.
All of our rooms are well appointed and most have country views. We are situated on the edge of Newquay town (5 minute walk), yet only 3 minutes drive to the Pentire Peninsula which has rolling green coastline overlooking the easily accessible Fistral Beach which is renowned for its surfing. Meadow View provides a great base for exploring Cornwall due to it's central location.
Just a few minutes walk away you can take advantage of the many leisure pursuits that Newquay has to offer including the boating lake, public gardens, zoo, tennis courts and Water World (a tropical fun pool and 25m swimming pool).

Meadow View is a friendly, family run, non-smoking establishment, located in the quieter part of Newquay but just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and many of Newquay's spectacular beaches.
Accommodation comprises of seven well appointed bedrooms.
All have shower en-suite, Freeview TV, safe, radio alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and most have country views.
Ironing facilities are also available.
A pay phone for guests use is provided along with private parking for all rooms.

Deposits received after this time will not necessarily guarantee accommodation, all deposits are non-refundable.
We require at least three clear days notice for cancelation.
Our cancelation policy is based on normal legal practice within the UK.
Whereby proprietors of a hotel or guest house have the right in law to claim or reimbursed for any loss resulting from cancelation or no show.
This is only applied in the event that we are unable to re-let the relevant accommodation in the time available.
