With its peaceful setting, spectacular views and beautiful interiors our renovated farmhouse is ideal for family groups. Wildlife, walking paths and mountain biking trails are on the doorstep - all safely away from traffic.

The historic town of Alyth lies in rural Perthshire, 20 miles north-east of Perth. It sits on the edge of the Highlands overlooking the Vale of Strathmore - famous for its berry farms. We are 1 mile from the centre of the picturesque market town where there are shops, pubs and restaurants. We breed Hebridean Sheep and keep chickens. Guests are welcome to help with farm jobs such as collecting eggs, feeding chickens and gathering sheep.

It also has the UK's first GeoTour.
The Alyth Community Woodland bounds the farm to the South and leads through to the beautiful Den O' Alyth.
Away from designed trails there are lots of cross country mountain biking routes to explore in the area.
Hebridean lamb is rising in popularity as a healthy, flavoursome alternative to commercially grown lamb.
The lambs are slow maturing and slaughtered at 18 months (technically speaking hoggit at this age) resulting in meat with a distinctive "gamey" flavour that is lean and low in cholesterol.
Our lambs are born in mid-April, raised on mature pasture and slaughtered in late August of the following year.
Our natural rearing schedule means our meat is only available seasonally.
Our lambs are slaughtered in Dunblane and butchered and vacuum packed in Perth by Seriously Good Butchery - that's their name and they are very good.
Here at Kirklandbank we run an artisan distillery, Highland Boundary.
Highland Boundary is the only distillery in the UK focused on botanical spirits.
We use sustainably hand-picked local Scottish plants to create unique spirits and liqueurs that showcase the wild flavours of Scotland.
Guests at the farmhouse are welcome to join a distillery tour to see and hear how we make our Wild Scottish Spirits.
We'll show you around whilst you enjoy a cocktail and let you taste different spirits and liqueurs we make or have in development.
