If your heating or hot water is not working please check the video below as your boiler may need re-pressurising.
Once submitted we'll send you a confirmation of receipt of the repair request by email.
Then our repair coordinator will send you a target date by email when someone from Unicom will attend and rectify issue.
We do aim to attend and resolve most repair requests within 48 hours.
