Grosvenor Place Guest House is a conveniently located guest house well within the roman Chester City walls, a less than 5 minute walk from the shops and sights Chester City Centre has to offer, it will take you the same time to walk leisurely to the racecourse and the River Dee. At Grosvenor Place Guest House we provide a friendly atmosphere and pride ourselves on our central location, obsessive cleanliness and a fantastic range of breakfast options.

This beautifully restored 'Neo-Georgian' style town house was originally built as part of early Victorian terraced housing, still attached today. Just taking a short walk around the section of buildings in this area alone will yield a medley of other old buildings from around the same time-period. It has been restored to combine Georgian Charm with all the modern comforts you would expect to ensure that we keep the building and Chester's heritage alive.

A: We are not a boutique hotel, we are a 3 star guest house.
We do not wish anyone to confuse our guest house with much grander Chester establishments.
The localization is very good (you can walk everywhere) and the owners are very nice and friendly and the room is perfect size and very clean with the most comfortable matress and pillows I have ever tried.
