Our self catering accommodation consists of one two bedroom, two bathroom cottage, Cherry Tree cottage.
It has been converted from what the original barn was used for, when Spring Cottage was a working farm, but now beautifully converted into one contained cottage, built of local stone, nestling on the South side of the beautiful Mendip Hills.

So, we decided to make Cherry Tree and Honeysuckle in to one big cottage, offering two spacious bedrooms, one with a large double bed in Honeysuckle and large twin singles in Cherry Tree, both still offering individual bathrooms & independent stairs.

If travelling from either direction on the M5 motorway we suggest you leave at Junction 22. Turn north onto the A38 towards Bristol through the villages of Rooksbridge, Tarnock and Lower Weare until you come to the village of Cross.
Having entered the 40 miles per hour zone there is a right turn onto the A371 signed Cheddar and Wells.
Continue for about two miles, bypassing the village of Axbridge.
You will pass Cheddar Woods holiday park on your left-hand side just before the road begins to bear right.

1.1 This Contract is made between Spring Cottages, ie Gina & Ken Falcon (the Owners), and the person completing and sending the Booking Form (the Hirer).
The contract is not effective until the required payment has been received and confirmation sent from the Owners to the Hirer.
Parties where the majority of members are under 21years (except families or supervised groups).
2.2 The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed two for Apple Blossom Cottage or four for Cherry Tree Cottage, except with the express agreement of the Owners.

Spring Cottages are an excellent base for anyone who wishes to explore the surrounding country side, with the spectacular Cheddar Gorge and caves and the breathtaking views from the walks on top, along with Cheddar Reservoir, both just a short walk away.
We are on the doorstep to the West Country, Wiltshire and Dorset, with the famous Jurassic Coast Line, wonderful walks for amazing days out.
For our guests who prefer to forget the car and either walk or cycle, then there are many walks and cycle routes to suit everyone, from easy to difficult and all varied lengths.
