A quiet, spacious rural retreat with three guest bedrooms and ten acres in which to relax and unwind. We are only operating two of our three rooms this season unless all guests are booked together. Direct bookings are appreciated, as a small business this means we do not incur third party booking fees. National Trust properties with Sheffield Park and The Bluebell Railway just a 15 minute drive away.

These were exceeded. The house, grounds and surrounding countryside are all beautiful and the hosts exceptional.
Ann and Martin were attentive without being intrusive, a difficult balance. We felt we could entirely relax and enjoy their care. Ann is well networked locally. This ensures top class local produce at breakfast: try, for example, the excellent locally smoked salmon.
