Jenny and Richard welcome you to their Luxury Norfolk Edwardian Town House Bed & Breakfast, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique pieces, in the heart of North Norfolk. A stunning town house and garden where they have created a little slice of heaven with stylish and spacious guest rooms, created with attention to detail and the highest standards.

A friendly and relaxed atmosphere with your comfort always in mind, with the finest facilities mixed with Norfolk charm. Chimneys is situated on the Cromer Road in North Walsham, fifteen minutes by car from Cromer, ideal for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, The Norfolk Broads, The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg, and with very convenient rail links to Cromer, Sheringham, Wroxham and the fine city of Norwich with it's Norman Cathedral and Castle.

Chimneys B & B has three luxury en-suite Guest Rooms, all named with noble connections as they are indeed fit for aristocracy. Decorated in a classic style with quality furnishings, you'll not want to leave.
Services
The Walpole Room has an ornate fourposter pine carved double bed, a double ended bath with mood lighting and a champagne caddy by the bath for your enjoyment.
The Queen Mary Room is very spacious room, styled in a wool red tartan, with two double beds, soft leather chairs with lots of charm.
It is suitable as a Luxury Twin Room or a Family Room.
The King George Room has twin beds that can convert to a stunning SuperKingsize bed for a luxurious stay with a very comfortable mattress and quality bed linen.
Chimneys is a traditional Edwardian town house where there are some features that may pose a problem for people with mobility issues.
We are a three storey building with three guest bedrooms on the first floor.
From entering the property by the front door the hallway leads into the reception area and breakfast room.
The stairs within the hallway lead to the first floor where the guest rooms are located.
There is a traditional Edwardian staircase with four turning stairs at the bottom of the staircase and an additional ten steep stairs.
