We want our visitors and guests to feel comfortable and safe when they visit us. Therefore, we are delighted to confirm that the health and hygiene policies and protocols we have in place to keep us, our guests and our community safe have received accreditation from the World Travel and Tourism Council as well as our national tourist body, VisitScotland, who recognise Northlands Bed and Breakfast as a safe B&B for our visitors to enjoy a vacation in Scotland.

Currently we are continuing the one household/exclusive use policy we put in place in 2020 so our on-line booking facility is showing reduced availability to assist this. We can also confirm that all bookings will be free from any cancellation terms or charges, however late you may have to cancel.

Each of our three en-suite bedrooms are individually decorated and charmingly designed to enhance their character.
With comfy beds and beautiful white cotton bedding guaranteed to give you a good night's sleep, wake up and enjoy delightful, peaceful outlooks over picturesque surroundings.
Our bedroom facilities include hospitality tray, bottled water, hairdryer, Freeview TV with DVD player plus a few additional extras that we think will contribute to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing.
After an excellent night's sleep, enjoy a delicious, leisurely breakfast served at our large table with views overlooking the mature gardens.
Freshly cooked to order, we use home-made and fresh local produce where possible.

Our eggs are organic from third generation farmers Ian and Alison Nivenat Gloagburn Farm, Perth.
