Tea and Coffee making facilities and hairdryers.
Our rooms vary in size but all are en-suite and a good number have stunning seaviews.
Those facing the garden are very quiet and again the size and layout varies from room to room.

To get to us turn left at the traffic lights as you exit the ferry terminal and drive around the bay for about 1 mile.
We are in the row of Victorian villas about 150m after the entrance to Bogany Road.

We require 2 weeks notice from the date of arrival for full refund of any monies to be made.
If less then 2 Weeks notice we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.
If less than 1 weeks notice is given we will charge the full cost of the stay.
We will gladly give you a refund (less a 10 administration fee) if we are able to re-let your room.
We would recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any loss due to unforeseen cancellation.
