We are a small friendly run Licensed Guesthouse offering 3 Star Bed & Breakfast accommodation in Dumfries. We are situated in a quiet residentail area near Dumfries Railway station, five minutes walk from Dumfries town centre. We are pet friendly. We offer free Wi Fi. Our accommodation consists of ten tastefully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite or private facilities.

read more › To find us by road: From the A75, turn onto the A701 into the town centre. Follow the A701 to the traffic lights, and turn left to go up Lovers Walk, before taking the second right onto Newall Terrace. We are halfway up Newall Terrace on the right hand side. From Dumfries Station, walk out of the station buildings to the main car park (the side which houses the ticket office) and bear right out of the car park. Follow Lovers Walk to the church, and then turn left up Newall Terrace.
