The grandparents of John, our owner, grew up in the northern Italian town of Borgo Val di Taro - 'Borgotaro' to its residents.
It has long been recognised for its culinary contributions, with an abundance of local wild porcini mushrooms; the 'Fungo di Borgotaro', and renowned parmesan cheesemakers.
Taking inspiration from the traditional Italian menus of its namesake, the Borgotaro Restaurant aims to bring the flavours of Italy to your table.
