With our extensive knowledge of each and every street in the area, we hand select all our homes individually with students in mind for location and all amenities nearby.
All properties are within a short walking distance of the UCLAN campus which makes them an ideal location from which to be based.
Our aim is to offer students properties that are in the best locations around Preston, and you can be sure that when dealing with us you are dealing direct with the landlord, as we own all the properties within our portfolios.

We can say we are proud to be well known to have the biggest student houses at Letpads which could easily be converted into 10 beds or more.
But why would we want to do that?
We know our students stay with us year on year and usually they have friends who take there houses when they leave.
Why?
We asked that to our Letpads tenants and simply put they said nobody else offers these quality of houses with the immense service we offer.
To get the 2 right is no easy task, we do not want to be so busy we can not get back to you.
We can say we are proud to be well known to have the biggest student houses at Letpads which could easily be converted into 10 beds or more.

At letpads we understand the importance of having your own stamp on your room given your going to be spending so long in there - so we give you the option of designing your own room.
You get the option to work with our in house interior design team and hand pick your own feature wall colour or wallpaper your own bedroom - wow how cool is that!.
Prior to moving in you will get the chance to look through our huge chart of wall colours and pick what you actually want or even look through hundreds of choices off wallpaper and pick your own personal designer wallpaper.

We were with letpads last year and our numbers increased.
We didn't even bother to look elsewhere as letpads have been great.
Some of our new group were looking to stay in halls again.
But now they moved in they are so happy with letpads just as we were.
I really could go on for so long about them, from getting hold of them on a freezing night when the heating was not working and the plumber showed up at 9pm to get it fixed there and then.
To locking myself out on a sun and being let in within an hour.
We didn't even bother to look elsewhere as letpads have been great.
