A traditional 3 storey Irish home on the sea front with magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean. Our two self catered houses in Portballintrae are situated on the beautiful Causeway Coast. Atlantic House offers fantastic sea views and The Anchorage is situated just behind with a fenced in garden suitable for dogs. Both houses are a short walk from the Porthole bar and restaurant, Bushfoot golf course, tennis court and the sea.
Giant&39;s Causeway is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of an ancient volcanic eruption. The tops of the columns form stepping stones that lead from the cliff foot and disappear under the sea. The tallest are about 12 metres (36 ft) high, and the solidified lava in the cliffs is 28 metres thick in places. It is located on the north-east coast of Northern Ireland, about 3 kilometres (2 miles) north of the town of Bushmills.
We're perfectly situated for golfers looking to enjoy a range of courses. The 9 hole Bushfoot course is within walking distance and The Royal Portrush is just 5 miles away.
