We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products, recycle wherever possible, and use a wormery.
The farm surrounding South Allington House is part of the Higher Level Stewardship, which involves implementing conservation measures, including leaving winter stubbles, allowing a natural habitat for wildlife and providing a valuable food source during winter months.
