Bradle Farmhouse
Bradle Farmhouse is a classic manor farmhouse offering bed & breakfast in a tranquil and beautiful valley situated 3 miles west of Corfe Castle, 2 miles from the Jurassic Coast at Kimmeridge and 5 miles south of the market town of Wareham known as the gateway to the Isle of Purbeck. Located in the heart of the Purbeck Hills, the farmhouse has stunning views across open fields to Corfe Castle.

The original farmhouse is mentioned in the Doomsday Book but was destroyed by fire in the early 1800's. The present house was built in 1862 of local Purbeck stone as a manor house for a member of Lord Eldon's family before becoming the farmhouse in the early 1900's. Breakfast is very much a local home produced feast! The bacon, sausages and ham all come from the farm butchery which my son Mark runs.

Eggs come from our chickens which have a large paddock at the back of the house, and all the jams and marmalades are home-made here at Bradle. We strive to support other local suppliers so you will find Dorset Cereal, Dorset Tea and Moores Biscuits all available.
