Donna qualified up to NVQ Level 3 right here in Telford before sailing away to work onboard cruise ships, employed by Elemis's sister company Steiner, this was Donna's introduction to the wonders of Elemis skincare.
On returning to land Donna joined Bannatyne's Spa & Club in Birmingham, continuing to work with Elemis products before being scouted by Telford College to run their training salon Lilly's inside the Telford Whitehouse Hotel.
After 4 years at Lilly's, due to budget cuts the salon was to be closed.
