We would like to welcome you to The Barclay Guest House - The 'QC' guest house - 'Quirky & Cosy'. Our beds are comfy, our rooms are spacious and en-suite and our breakfasts are home cooked and just right to set you up for the day. The Barclay Guest House is perfectly positioned - only a 60 metre flat walk to the sea front and it's numerous attractions including the pier and the famous donkeys!
There are plenty of restaurants and shops, bars and even a multiplex cinema all within an easy walk of the Guest House. The Coach, Bus and Train station are also a very short walk from The Barclay and easy to get to.

If your booking includes breakfast, it is served every morning in the dining room between 8am and 9am.
Enjoy juices, cereals, toast & jam/marmalade, yoghurt, fruit and/or a full cooked breakfast.
If required, we can organise an early breakfast.
This is by prior arrangement only.
Please let us know the evening before.
We ask that you order your breakfast the night before so we can ensure that you get a fresh breakfast cooked to order in the morning.
If your booking does not include breakfast and you would like to have breakfast with us the price is 5.00 per person.

Book direct here and receive Parking for 2.00 per 24 hours for the duration of your stay in a nearby location.
For those that do not book direct parking can be provided at 4.50 per 24 hours.
We will have bays at the Victoria Car Park this year and also offer parking in a nearby location (approx 60 metres from the guest house).
Guests who have a "Blue Badge" can park in Beach Road all year round provided they display both their badge and the clock.
There is a loading bay outside The Barclay and we are happy to provide assistance to guests with their luggage from the car.
