The Annex is a two bedroomed ground floor holiday let situated right next door to the hotel directly on the promenade with amazing sea views.
It consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom a family bathroom and a large open plan kitchen diner/ living room with stunning sea views.
It also has a small outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer or your morning cuppa.
Hopefully you will be lucky enough to catch one of Barmouth's famous sunrises or sunsets.
It is at the quiet end of town but only a 5 minute flat walk from the hustle and bustle of the town.
