There are 12 bedrooms to choose from at the Hawksmoor, with doubles, twins and a family room available.
Each bedroom has a King Size bed or larger and is fully en-suite with either bath or shower or both.
All accommodation includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, free unlimited wireless internet access, tea/coffee making facilities, wine glasses & bottle opener, hairdryer and fully fitted wardrobes.
All room prices quoted include breakfast and free use of our membership to leisure spa facilities situated a couple of miles down the road from us.

A deposit of 30% of the total booking price is taken from your card provided on booking to reserve a room.

Cancellation Policy - In the event of a cancellation 14 days or less from the arrival date, a charge amounting to the deposit will be applied.
A cancellation less than 48 hours from the arrival date, 'no show' or curtailment of stay for any reason, will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.

The Choices Leisure Club is situated 2 miles away from the Hawksmoor Lakeland Guesthouse and can be reached in a 30 minute walk or 5 minute car journey.
All guest wishing to use the leisure facilities will need to bring swimming apparel and towels with them as none can be provided by us or the leisure club at present.
The Hawksmoor Lakeland Guesthouse offers all its guests free access to one of the best Health Club facilities anywhere in the Lake District.
