They are all slightly different with loads of room, sofa areas to lounge around in and some of the ensuites have a walk-in shower and separate bath; others have a shower over bath combination.
These are perfect also for families as some of the sofas turn into comfy beds.
This is when you want to go all out because it's our best of the best rooms.
The beauty here is the French doors, that you can fling open and head outside onto your terrace and straight out to the River Dee.
With walk-in showers and separate baths there is also a lounge area so that you can just sit and stare out the window, soaking it all in.
A home away from home, Cobbleheugh has literally got it all in spades.
The idea was to create a place that had warmth, light, views and where you could enjoy good food in great company.
The six bedrooms all have their own ensuite and most have views across the river and beyond to the countryside.
A lounge with its own log-burning fire beautifully blends into the open-plan dining room which seats 12.

It also has a wee snug and its own garden where our chefs can conjure up a BBQ when the sun shines.

Royal Deeside is the perfect playground with walks on the unused railway line and Scolty hill a short distance away.
We've thought of everything for your 4-legged friend so you don't even have to think about it.
When you walk in The Lodge, help yourself to a doggy biscuit at the front door.
Dogs can join you in the Bar for a drink or a meal.
If allowed, they'll get a doggy treat and a bowl of water.
