Our 3 main suites are self contained units and all accessed via their own separate entrance. The cottage can be used on a 100% self-contained basis. Where required, guests can avail themselves of our self check-in process. We will not be offering daily room servicing but we will provide replenishments as and when requested eg fresh milk, coffee, tea, loo roll etc.

Parking may be limited to 2 cars on site to enable social distancing - we will offer this in a first come, first served basis but where possible, we also try and secure on-street parking for our guests. Due to increased cleaning times, check in time has been moved to 4-6pm for the foreseeable future and check-out is now no later than 9:30am. We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights but due to demand, we are offering single nights for a supplement of 20 per night per room (Sunday - Thursday only).

Voted Britain's "Best Hidden Gem" by Trip Advisor travelers, Coswarth House Bed & Breakfast in Padstow, Cornwall is a relaxed, informal yet stylish boutique bolthole in a recently renovated historic house with stunning views over the Camel Estuary to Rock.
