The Half Moon Hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alford, the Lincolnshire Wolds or the East Coast. Offering 17 en-suite bedrooms, including single, twin, double and family rooms. In addition we have ground floor rooms, dog friendly rooms and a disabled friendly suite in a beautiful garden setting. We have off street parking for 20 cars.
Our restaurant ethos is to "support local" and "fresh first" and our menu includes fresh local ingredients with weekly specials. Our Sunday Dinner Roast is served from 12noon. Enjoy our cosy pub atmosphere, or a drink in our restaurant lounge. When the weather is suitable, enjoy a drink or meal in our beer garden. The Half Moon Function Room can accommodate up to 60 guests and we will tailor make packages to suit your function.

In the afternoon our Tea Room offers a selection of teas, scones and home made cakes to enjoy while you spend a relaxing hour with us.
We have a function room which will seat sixty guests at tables and up to eighty 'cinema style'.

We have three dog friendly rooms on the ground floor with easy access to the garden.
Dogs are allowed in the bar and lounge but not the restaurant so if you would like your pets with you when you have breakfast, please tell us on arrival and we will set your breakfast table in the bar lounge area.

We may however charge a full days tariff if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date when the hotel is fully booked and, because of the lateness of the cancellation, we are unable tn relet the cancelled room.
We therefore normally make no charge when a hooking is cancelled.
