Beaples Barton holiday cottages are situated on the outskirts of the delightful Devon village of Knowstone, in between Tiverton & South Molton. Located in a hidden and peaceful location, sheltered by the surrounding woodland and overlooking a lake and meadow, Beaples Barton offers an idyllic rural retreat and a great base from which to explore Devon and Exmoor National Park.
As well as being Devon holiday cottages situated in a very tranquil setting, we are within easy reach of many local beauty spots, such as the North Devon coast and Exmoor. Our two holiday cottages, Coombe Cottage & Dairy Cottage, were originally part of an old dairy farm and were renovated in the late 1980s. Since then, they have been substantially modernised and refurbished to a high standard to provide our guests with relaxing stay.
Beaples Barton provides the perfect setting for tranquil walks around our scenic woodland and plenty of wildlife & bird spotting opportunities. Exploring our grounds can be the perfect way to relax and unwind, while taking in and appreciating the area's natural beauty.

Nestled in the Devon countryside, our cottages form part of the original old Beaples Barton Farm, situated in a beautiful valley and surrounded by native & fir woodland.
Coombe Cottage & Dairy Cottage have been modernised and refurbished to a high standard enabling guests to relax in our Devon holiday accommodation, unwind and appreciate what the local area has to offer.
Both cottages sleep up to four, consisting of one double & one twin room and a bathroom with a shower.
The cottages can be opened up to join the two to make one large dwelling, creating accommodation for up to eight people, perfect for family gatherings & larger groups.
Coombe Cottage & Dairy Cottage have been modernised and refurbished to a high standard enabling guests to relax in our Devon holiday accommodation, unwind and appreciate what the local area has to offer.

A well-equipped kitchen is located at the rear of the cottage and has a door leading out to a private decked patio ideal for relaxing outside and enjoying the views or alfresco dining in the summer.
Stairs lead up to one double room offering beautiful views over Exmoor hillsides and there is a further spacious twin bedroom and newly fitted shower room.
