Come and Relax on our small family run farm where you can join in with feeding the animals if you want to. An opportunity to create special memories that will last a lifetime. An all year round, ideal base from which you can be close to so many things to see and do during your stay that you will be spoilt for choice. We are very keen to reduce our plastic use and encourage our guests to join in with "recycle, refill and re-use" during their stay. North Devon is Britain's first world class UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and on of the finest unspoilt locations in hte UK.

It is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful beaches, fantastic cliff top walks on the Southwest Coast Path, the Tarka Trail, unspoilt countryside, the inspiring magnificence of the 267 square miles of Exmoor and many places of interest to visit ranging from houses and gardens to museums and children's attractions.

Take a dip in our outdoor heated swimming pool, a book into the gardens surrounding the cottages, wander through our ancient woodland, watch a DVD, get involved and help us feed the chickens and sheep.

Fun for the children during school holidays yet peaceful with lots to do for adults at other times of the year.
The Roundhouse is perfect for couples, couples with a young child in a cot or can be used as an annex to The Threshing Barn or other cottages for extended families on holiday.
All the self catering accommodation is on the ground floor.
This cottage is called the Roundhouse because it used to house the turntable that the horses powered to drive the machinery in the adjacent barns.
It is not actually round in shape but this is the colloquial name for this building in North Devon.
Stepping out of the cottage straight into the gardens it is lovely to enjoy breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea sitting at the picnic tables which have been dotted around for your pleasure, one of which is situated directly opposite this cottage.
The Threshing Barn is converted from part of the farm's original threshing barn.
It has a comfortable lounge/dining area with a solid oak floor and a large bay window which makes a feature of the original cart entrance.
The lounge/dining area has a wood burning stove, 32 Flatscreen LCD Digital TV with Freeview, Video, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi.
We ask that only slippers are worn inside the cottage and that outdoor shoes are taken off when entering.
The fully-fitted kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a washer drying machine to keep up with your laundry while you are on holiday.
Changeover for this cottage is on Saturday For Easter, May Half Term and October Half Term Holidays.
During June, July, August and September changeover is on Monday.
The Annex is part of the original 16th Century Farmhouse which used to house the animals before the rest of the barns were built in the 18th Century.
Entry to the cottage is through its own porch adjacent to the main farmhouse and then through its front door which opens into a fitted kitchen-dining area.
We ask that only slippers are worn inside the cottage and that outdoor shoes are left in the porch.
A comfortable holiday cottage converted from the old Linhay and stable with exposed beams in the sitting room and its own courtyard garden nearby.
Entry through the cottage porch takes you into a hall area adjacent to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob & built in oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a washer drying machine to keep up with your laundry while you are on holiday.
