Rum Doodle A little bit of luxury, a little bit of whimsy and a whole lot of fun! We've created something very different in a quiet corner of Windermere; not 'boutique' but a quintessentially English, vintage-styled haven. A place where you can truly relax and let us take care of you. Your luxury accommodation, which rivals that of many hotels, comes in the form of a sumptuous breakfast, a warm welcome with fabulous home baking, individual design and in the people looking after you.

Our philosophy is simple; to help you create such wonderful memories that you'll want return to our rather special B&B again and again! We had a lovely stay at Rum Doodle over the weekend. Arrived on the Friday and was greeted by the owner with refreshments. The room was lovely and stocked nicely with tea/coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble.

We really loved the location of the hotel and we will definitely be booking again for next year. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful few days in The Lakes staying at Rum Doodle.
