Ullswater Holiday Park We have decided as a team to still ask all our customers using the bar to find a table and stay seated. Please only send one person to the bar to place your order. Although masks are not mandatory from Monday they are still recommended for enclosed and crowded spaces. So, please wear one when in our shop and bar, as our staff members will still be wearing theirs.

Our Marina is open but only for our on-site customers. Sorry, but we are still not accepting public launching until further notice. The toilet and shower blocks are open at our marina but again only for our on-site customers. For customers using the toilet & shower block please just remember to stay 2 meters apart and consider other customers by wearing a face mask if there is someone else using the facilities, if you have any enquiries, please contact us on 01768486666.

At the Ullswater Holiday Park, we specialise in a friendly welcome, practical family facilities and a range of accommodation to suit all needs. Our family has been here since 1958 and our park has plenty of space combining a sheltered position beneath Cumbrian fells with excellent access to the nearby shores and waters of Ullswater.

read more › Why not try the perfect alternative to camping in a tent, this cabin is ideal for a family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 children. The cabins do have plug sockets inside but this is only for charging phones. It will not supply electricity for electrical appliances such as kettles, fridges and so on. These Cabins sleep up to 2 adults and 4 children, with 2 sets of bunk beds and floor space for a double blow up bed, they have an en-suite WC and sink, background heating, electric socket and fridge. All our cabins have an electric heater in them for background heating which is included in the price.

read more › Our modern 6-berth static caravans are spacious and offer comfortable family accommodation with all the facilities and equipment that you would expect from your holiday home. There is plenty of space around each unit, emphasising the spacious and open country feel of the Park and enabling visitors to keep a car alongside. Static caravans are available for short breaks and for weekly hire from Friday to Friday, or Monday to Monday, all season. While many of our caravans are available for holiday letting, we also have a selection of new and second-hand caravans available for sale.

read more › The stone-built Lakeland farmhouse and traditional barns on the Park have been converted into seven distinctive cottage units, each one offering ideal accommodation for convenient, flexible and leisurely family holidays. Holiday Home 10 has storage heaters and immersion, sleeps up to 4 persons with additional conservatory and lake view. Cottages 3, 4, 9 & 10 have beautiful views over Ullswater to the fells beyond. We do offer some pet friendly holiday accommodation at an extra cost of 4.50 per night, per dog.

read more › We are the perfect site for a family holiday also we are an ideal base for exploring the Lake District or just calling in on your journey to or from Scotland. Our rural setting gives plenty of space (including parking alongside pitches) as well as woodland shelter and screening. To keep our guests safe and able to receive the best experience possible we will NOT be accepting group bookings this year, up to 2 households only. We will require all our guests to follow all our restrictions and guidance of park rules, failure to follow these will result in guests being asked to leave and no refund will be given.

It is completely surrounded by green fields, with immense views of Lake Ullswater and her spectacular array of fells and landscapes. This is the perfect retreat for any couple to enjoy the pure beauty of the Lakes. The Hidden Place is within 10 minutes drive from the quaint but lively tourist village of Pooley Bridge, and only a 20 minute drive from the M6, which makes it an ideal retreat for short breaks or full week holidays whether it be a romantic get -away or active holiday.

read more › Children of all ages are made particularly welcome at the Park and we have an extensive (half-acre) playground in the centre of the site. With swings, seesaws and a treadmill plus lots of open space for games and playing, the entire family can make the most of the open air and relax together. Our self-service general store has everything you are likely to need during your stay - from groceries, camping equipment and kitchen necessities to newspapers, games and souvenirs and freezer block facilities.

read more › One of our Park's best-loved features is Fairfield Marine, only a mile from our other accommodation and offering full access to Ullswater. For boat owners, there are floating moorings and jetty space tie-ups as well as a concrete slipway for launching, hot shower facilities and space for trailer parking. Local fishing rod licences are available from the Post Office in Pooley Bridge and bait and fishing tackle are also available from several local shops. We now offer a boat sale service online with a small selection of cruisers and sailing boats available throughout the year.

read more › Moorings are available on the Jetty or as a swinging mooring on Lake Ullswater; prices include the use of the showers and toilet facilities at Fairfield Marine. If staying at Ullswater Holiday Park daily boat parking rates are available with free launching (launching must be done by boat owner and the boat must be taken off the water the same day). Inflatables/windsurfers/canoes if not on a trailer would be free of charge. Moorings are also available for our customers staying at the Holiday Park, for short term bookings, we do advise booking in advance, please give us a call for availability and to book a space.

read more › Ullswater is one of the northern lakes of Cumbria and widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and varied. It extends in three reaches for a total of nine miles, from Pooley Bridge to Glenridding, and the scenery changes from gentle river valley, woods and pastures in the north to the dramatic mountain scenery of Kirkstone Pass in the south. For walkers, cyclists and tourists, Ullswater Holiday Park is well placed for exploring the Lake District National Park and most of Cumbria. The Park backs on to the fells, with the Helvellyn range, Raise and the Dodds behind us and the High Street Ridge and Howtown across the lake.
