What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00pm with luggage storage provided earlier. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on departure day, though spa access continues until 1:00pm.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We accommodate all reasonable dietary needs with advance notice, offering specialist menus for allergies, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary preferences across both restaurants.
Are children welcome at the hotel?
Children aged 12+ are welcome in the hotel and The Dining Room. The spa facilities require guests to be 16+. Younger children may join in Greys Brasserie and afternoon tea areas.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the hotel?
We provide two EV charging points compatible with Tesla and Porsche vehicles, with adaptors available for other models. A small fee applies for this service.
