The bed rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The rooms are all very well equipped as was our excellent en-suite bathroom. The whole guest house was spotlessly clean and tidy.

Ashburn House - Guest House also makes a great base for exploring the Scottish highlands, Loch Ness and Inverness, the fishing towns of Mallaig and Oban, Glencoe and Rannoch moor, the Isle of Skye and many other islands can all easily be reached within a few hours from our accommodation.
Hollywood has also acknowledged the breathtaking scenery.

Time slots for breakfast will be allocated to you or a grab and go option will be available for you to eat in your room at your chosen time.
Room 6 will have breakfast served in the conservatory until social distancing has been removed.

We have celebrated many family birthdays there and is one of our first stops when we have friends in town.
Not only is the food and service excellent, the restaurant is only a five minute stroll from Ashburn House.
The Grog and Gruel is one of the best pubs on the Fort William High street.

Travelling on A82, enter 30 mph zone continue until you see Fort William Yacht Club on your left (only building on that side) Turn right onto Ashburn Lane, turn left into our car park.
Travelling on A82, go through Fort William town, through West End Roundabout, A82 signed for Glasgow, we are on left hand side about 200 yards from roundabout.
